It was announced that there would be a closed hearing involving the case of Jesse Boyd, Carter Phillips, Bethany Boyd, and Eric Trent in Madison County, MT on January 30, 2023.

I and many others were able to tune in via ZOOM. However, the Court announced that it was a closed hearing and those who tuned in who were not parties to the case should remove themselves. So, I removed myself.

Will have to wait for other reports to find out what happened.

The Bradlee Dean interview was broadcast earlier today, before the closed hearing. It will be interesting to see if the “Montana 4” public relations efforts change as a result of the closed hearing. I take such performances to be in violation of their agreed upon terms and conditions of their freedom. We will see.

Looks like today’s thingy was a “show cause” hearing which could mean “show cause why I shouldn’t throw y’all back in jail for what you’ve been doing”!
