In a joint performance with the head of his legal dream team, Brady Byrum (not-a-lawyer), Kent Hovind announced that his scheme to overturn his 2006 convictions and receive up to $30,000,000.00 in damages from the federal government is based on such sovcit silliness as reflected in one of Brady’s slides as shown below:

Guess we’ll just have to wait and see how far pushing that notion gets Kent Hovind and his scheme to have his people start writing to somebody about something and using that claim to get that somebody to do something that will reverse his 2006 convictions and cause the U.S. Treasury to issue Kent Hovind a check for up to $30,000,000.00.
