From Brent Shavnore
I am always down to capture some content and present some facts let’s make it happen!
.
From Robert Baty
Thanks for indicating your acceptance of my proposal. I didn’t notice where you explicitly indicated your position so, for now, I will indicate your position as agreeing with Kent Hovind as shown below:
.
Proposition #2
.
Structuring requires 2 or more transactions
of $10,000 or less,
on the same day,
that total more than $10,000.
.
– Kent Hovind: Affirm
–
– Brent Shavnore: Affirm
–
– Robert Baty: Deny
.
If that is correct, we can make it easy and agree on the logistical details that will allow the proposed discussion to develop.
.
I would suggest I set up a stand-alone, one-on-one thread on my Hovind page at the following link. You can join the group and then follow my set up with your first affirmative which should be designed to simply present what you think is a legitimate legal reference supporting Kent’s years long claim for my acceptance or rebuttal.
.
If you have some other alternative as to how we might produce the discussion, let me know. We should be able to work out the details and produce the discussion of this important public issue.

What makes you think I agree with Kent Hovind?
.
From Robert Baty
It’s Kent’s position I am interested in discussing. If you don’t agree with him, I will gladly change your position to agree with mine as shown below. Just be clear as to where you stand.

If you think there may be some other subject of mutual interest that we might discuss, feel free to suggest it and I will let you know of my interest therein, if any.
.
From Brent Shavnore
If you intentionally deposit funds under 10k with the intentions of evading U.S currency transaction and reporting requirements – and there is a habitual record of this happening then yes – that is structuring.
.
From Robert Baty
First things first, Brent.
.
I think we need to be clear about where you stand regarding Kent Hovind’s position before we start on something else.
.
So, please just indicate, explicitly, whether the following is a correct representation as to where you stand regarding Kent Hovind’s years long claim. Like, your response should be something like, “yes, I deny Kent’s claim”, or “no, I agree with Kent”.

From Robert Baty
Brent, if you want to try and produce a discussion of our differences on structuring, based on what you wrote above, I would propose the following might be of interest to me.
.
The Brent Shavnore Structuring Proposal
.
Structuring requires an habitual record
of cash transactions of $10,000.00 or less
with the intention of evading U.S. currency
transaction reporting requirements.
.
– Brent Shavnore: Affirm
– Robert Baty: Deny
