Watch for Updates

On July 18, 2019, Jim Mims, alleged to have had personal experience with Frances Amato (aka Francesca Amato / Francesca Amato-Banfield), emerged in social media to offer his testimony, and that has been reported at:

https://www.facebook.com/groups/kenthovindsworstnightmare/permalink/1275005829335210/

It appears to be of sufficient import to also provide a record of it here, off FaceBook, to make it more accessible to the general public and for ready reference at such times as the subject of “Frances Amato” might come up.

I have other articles on this website on Frances Amato at:

Jim Mims Testimony

The whole Fran saga started in 2015, about the time I was fed up with the movement all together.
.
That was when I started discovering practically everyone reaching out for help lost their children for a pretty good reason.
.
A mutual friend contacted me and asked if I would be willing to speak with Fran.
.
She filled me in, and I decided I would talk to her. When I looked at her original custody decision it was pretty straightforward. She had primary and he had every other weekend.
.
Fran asked me to help her get his rights terminated. I explained to her that I was a parental rights advocate. I firmly believe children need both parents.
.
She began to explain what a horrible monster her ex was, and how he was abusive a drug addict and a alcoholic. I suggested to her to take her son back to New York and throw herself on the mercy of the Court.
.
She was hiding in West Virginia and told me that they could never find her. I explained to her that emailing back and forth with the district attorney from her home gave them an exact location.
.
She refused to listen and said she wouldn’t go back.
.
Less than two weeks later I received a phone call from her screaming and hollering that CPS was there to take her child. I felt horrible for her and agreed to meet her and drive her to New York, to see if I could help her at all.
.
Our first day in court I met her ex.
.
I introduced myself as a child advocate. We had a very long conversation and agreed to meet later. That gave me a chance to witness the interaction between him and his child. It turns out he is a great father, and every allegation she made about him is a complete lie.
.
I began trying to mediate between them.
.
The father was all for shared parenting.
.
Fran insisted he was no good for her son.
.
While I was there I also agreed to work with their parenting group (all women) to help them with filing a federal suit. I was sitting across the table from one of the women helping with her documents when she made the statement that she didn’t believe the father should have rights except at the mothers desecration.
.
As a loving father this made me pretty upset.
.
I argued my point with them all and then left and didn’t go back.
.
I worked with the DA, the local police department, the New York State police as well as the judges clerk. I began sending them every post and negative comments she made about them.
.
Ultimately what I set out to achieve was successful.
.
I wanted their son to have his father in his life. They are doing great and its nice to get the updates from time to time.
.
The father is in a great relationship now and they are expecting a child. His son is really excited.
.
As far as Fran goes, she lives in her very own reality.
.
In real life she lives in a tiny old house in Marlboro New York, with her mom and sister.
.
They run a small business out of there.
.
The sister cuts hair the mom reads palms and Fran is apparently an amazing foot rubber.
.
The modeling and stunt doubling for wonder woman and all the movies she played in is all lies.
.
As far as scamming people, that goes back way before she found her way to the parental rights movement.
.
She was actually running some sort of ministry long before.
.
My fiance Traci Ross and I actually reached out to her when she first started this nonsense and tried to convince her to stop to no avail.
.
I could go on and on and on but I’m trying to keep this short. I had some great conversations with all of the officials up there oddly enough they all know her and thinks she is a nut.
