After all the excitement on May 16, 2017, and the fact that the Williams’ threats (i.e., to sue me and to involve a myriad of law enforcement agencies and/or others in the promotion of their false charges) have not been officially resolved, I thought it would be appropriate here to document what it was that seems to have gotten them started in targeting me.

It should be noted that the Williams should be considered as a “team”, and not independent actors. Also, despite the apparent effort by them to distance themselves from the Schwab and Holm cases, it seems important to note that the exchange between us originated on the Schwab FaceBook page and involved the Holm case which has been allied with the Schwab case.
.

For those who may not have the time or interest to review the record below, I will just here note the first post by Kayla Williams where she “came out of the blue” to take up for her husband Timbo and immediately engage in her bullying and intimidation tactics of making false claims and threats against me.

My fundamental position is that the State of Alabama had legitimate, legal interests in the welfare of Baby Holm and legally and properly took custody of the child and that Mr. Holm/Danielle have been diligent in pursuing a course that would guarantee no expeditious resolution of the case; including bringing in Brady Byrum.

Robert Baty you have no clue as to how CPS/DCF takes kids. Your obsession for Hovind has brought you into this group of parents who are fighting a system that takes kids without PC,Due process in violation of Civil Rights. So the State had a legitimate case. I would agree. Holms Civil rights were violated in that there was no due process. No warrant, No probable cause but his child was taken, No court in a Jury of peers where the state had to prove beyond a reasonable doubt on a a gut feeling of untrained Social Workers and a Administrative process dictates that no evidnece on behalf of Holms is allowed or even considered by a Family court Judge without any due process….but you claim the State was legitimate? We are all over it. Its reported and this guy is a certifiable nut and obssed withe Kent Hovind case which was a Preacher who went to prison. This Nut Batty boy Baty was the IRS agent in that high profile case which was many years ago. unbridled use of an administrative process that allows Social Workers without any Probable Cause or Warrant to enter a home and take a CHild in Violation of Bill of Rights protected Due process. Today this nut bobby boy baty Came into a group of parents fighting the system that have children taken unlawfully and states he believes the Holms family deserved what they got. He connects his 15 minutes of fame with the old news of Hovind because Byrum was involved in both Holms and Hovind. He then wont debate any issue of the direct question of Social Workers and Due process but instead kept posting the message over and over of “Get a clue, repent, and then look me up and we can start the negotiations if we can find some point(s) of mutual interest to discuss regarding these important public issues.” Problem is he would never say what public issues, or discussion it was he was referring to. He then declared “I Won”, without even discussing the topic.He then trolled out profiles and group, copied my Profile and posted it on his personal page with a “proposed discussion” of the “Great Holms Debate”, inviting me my wife and a few others in the group, Based on his rules and his page But heres the kicker, you cannot comment on that page. Then he shares My profile and this “discussion” that was already going on in our group To his “I am not Hovind but I am his worse nightmare page” and has the “discussion invitation” with our groups discussion our names and after each name it states ( Affirm or Deny)like its a SCOTUS dissenting opinion. This man Bobby batty boy Baty is a complete Nut.

Mr Baty decided to make me the poster child and the “Schwab cause champion.”..but adds I am a Coward, Hypocrite and Liar. Since he drug me to his followers page I took the opportunity to post this message for his all of 85 viewers. “Thank you for the free advertisement getting my name out there. Thing is Libel statements against me is a bad thing. I am an Advocate against the crooked system that takes 500,000 kids a year to a tune of multi billions in revenue for the states. CPS/DCF takes kids without warrants or any probable cause. Out of the 500,000 only about 10% are founded. That means in violation of due process 450,000 kids are placed in the system and after about 18 months its determined they should have not been there. Plus the fact more kids die in the foster care system than at the hands of the general public. Many of these kids unlawfully taken are abused and need therapy because of the Trauma of the state inflicted abuse.” So thank you Mr Robert Baty for giving me the Soap Box on you two pages and access and info to where you are blogged. Fighting CPS/DCF with help from people like you that hate our cause and blast on innocent families. You state you are missionary your god must be proud of all that hate and revenge you spout out.

Albama Statutes state that a child is to be removed only if there is a threat of harm ‘harm to a child’s health or welfare through non-accidental physical or mental injury or the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child.” A mother refusing Nursing treatment has that right. Child Birth is a natural Biological function. Parents have the right to not immediately apply for a birth certificate, they can wait to name the child and have it dedicated by clergy of any religion before deciding upon a name. The state must offer services such as emergency housing shelter, food and clothing in order to keep the family intact. So not matter they took the child it is unlawful without probable cause, due process and warrant. The state had no standing in separation because there existed no willful neglect, it was a hospital and the child was not in “immediate danger ” which is required. No services were offered.
