Kandiss Taylor is an announced 2022 candidate for governor of Georgia. David Jose is a con man of sorts from Arizona. The two of them have recently been associated because of their shared political views. It would seem Kandiss has bought what David has been selling for years (magic affidavits).

We’ll see how Kandiss’ efforts to use the magic affidavits work for her and what she wants to get out of the Georgia legislature regarding the 2020 election results and whatever else it is she may want.

responding by the following terms, you agree to pay $1,000 per day if

you shall fail to immediately make provisions for an Audit. If you, as a

government official, believe that these claims are untrue, please respond

within 5 days with Constitutional Provisions, sworn under the penalty of

perjury, by Affidavit, point by point, showing where you have

Constitutional Authority to ignore these rights of the people. If you do not

respond within 5 days, you agree, by acquiescence, that you are knowingly

interfering with the rights of one of the people you swore to protect and that

this Affidavit shall stand as evidence that you are acting in

Maladministration and that no court shall have the power to again

adjudicate these matters and that all Courts of Record shall accept this

Affidavit as truth and law. You also agree to be bound by all said herein and

the Affiant is able to bring this Contract before an Arbitrator of Affiant’s

choice and you agree to be bound by any award.”

Step 1

We, The People, are giving Notice to our elected Georgia Legislators. We have to do this in writing and in a way that holds them accountable to the Constitution of Georgia and their Oath of Office.

Download and print the Notice (2 pages) by clicking on the link below. It must be printed on 8.5×14 legal paper.

Step 2

After printing The Notice, fill out both of the “To:” sections with the addresses for the House/Senate below. Complete the “From:” section with your personal information. Write your name under the Notice heading after the “I,_________________, one of the people” on the line provided. Sign your name on the line above “Autograph” and write the date on the line above “Date.”

Step 3

Scan the signed Notice with a scanner or a phone app. If you do not have access to a scanner, we recommend downloading Adobe Scan on your phone. Once scanned with Adobe Scan, you can share a copy directly from the app.

Step 4

Mail copies to the Georgia House and Senate.

Step 5

Email a copy to each of the Georgia legislators. You can copy/paste the list below into a new e-mail message on the Bcc line, attach the signed Notice and send. This will send the Notice as an individual e-mail to each House/Senate Member.

Arlena Willes is another one of David Jose’s marks who fell hook, line and sinker for David’s magic affidavits, to no avail. She lost custody of her child, lost her federal case, and is set to begin her criminal trial in a week or so, in David’s backyard (Maricopa County, AZ).

David Jose was, reportedly, also involved with Frances Amato and Robert Slaven in one of their scams of a Brazilian woman living in California and having some child custody issues with the State. As I recall, Frances & Robert took a cross country trip to California to file some magic affidavits as if they would bring the woman’s child home. They, reportedly, stopped in Arizona and got some help from David Jose in the preparation of the magic affidavits. They accomplished nothing, but Frances and Robert did walk away with $5,000.00 which was, reportedly, provided by the woman’s parents still living in Brazil. I wrote an article about that case at:

Kandiss Taylor, David Jose, and Josh Barnett had an opportunity to discuss their problems with Louis DeBroux on Kandiss’ FaceBook page today, but they were not receptive to Louis pointing out their problems. They demonstrated yet again why it is so hard to reason with unreasonable sorts such as they are.

Kandiss is kinda proud of having gotten Lin Wood to endorse her. Lin is kinda nuts, but doesn’t want anyone to know it’s official. His case against the Georgia B.A.R. was just dismissed. He was fighting over having a mental evaluation, and he is already working on his appeal.

Comes now Affiant, Kandiss Taylor__, one of the people (as seen in Georgia Constitution Bill of Rights Section 2 Paragraph 1), Sui Juris, in this Court of Record, bring the following claims and facts, that you and your agents may provide due care;

Please take notice that our Georgia State Constitution, which you have already sworn to, explains that the People have the right to regulate their internal government, and therefore, when the people may need, there is a guaranteed right to reform, alter or abolish government. It is the will of the Affiant to give notice of the true law set forth by the people (see constitutional provision below);

Please take further notice that the only reason that the People have power to Remonstrate is because the government is created to carry out their will and when government is functioning in a way that goes against the People’s will and authority, the People are to correct their behavior and lead them in ways consistent with the constitution and that redress grievances;

It is therefore hereby the will of the Affiant, Order, and Demand that a full audit of Fulton County and Chatham County be done immediately for the purpose of ensuring accuracy and integrity as are the right of the People who created and Regulate Government. The audit shall be a full and complete forensic audit of all paper ballots both in person and absentee, all Machines, related software, ballots, routers, internet devices as well as any other election related materials and systems. The audit is to be carried out by Col. Waldron and/or Jovan Hutton Pulitzer. The audit shall make provision for Democrat, Republican, Independent and any other party’s ability to witness said audit. Results of the Audit shall be made available to the public. Affiant, as one of the people, does acknowledge the senate committee’s recommendation for an audit.
