Question #1 from C. Clarke Holm:

.

“In any situation that has become hostile, how does one know who is right and who is wrong?”

.

Answer to Question #1 from Robert Baty:

.

The Baby Holm situation is an “any situation” and I would recommend that C. Clarke Holm ask me, Robert Baty, about that or review my prior comments on the Baby Holm custody matter in order to determine, without regard to “ego” or “spirit”, that the State of Alabama was “right”, based on the facts, circumstances, and the law, in taking custody of Baby Holm and maintaining custody to this day.

.

Proposition #1 by C. Clarke Holm:

.

“The…social worker came into our hospital room uninvited asking us many questions.”

.

Evaluation of Proposition #1 by Robert Baty:

.

How convenient that no attempt is made to provide the details of those questions and answers.  One might reasonably assume that such line of questioning revealed C. Clarke Holm’s and Danielle Holm’s desires to remain unidentified, for their baby to remain unidentified, and their “odd beliefs” which explained their “odd behavior” (i.e., wanting to have an unassisted birth in a tent in wilderness area).

.

Proposition #2 from C. Clarke Holm:

.

“Then at the moment I asked her, ‘what is the closest we can live to nature for our religious beliefs without being harassed by the state’?”

.

Evaluation of Proposition #2 by Robert Baty

.

Based on the prior, undisclosed line of questioning, that question at the conclusion of the inquiry by the social worker could be reasonably interpreted to suggest that C. Clarke Holm and Danielle Holm, whose identities were still unresolved, were intent on disappearing “into the night” with their unidentifiable newborn if they could do so and that they had no reasonable means for providing the appropriate care for the child.

.

Proposition #3 from C. Clarke Holm:

.

“Well 30 minutes later she returned with armed men and woman and barged into our hospital room a day after giving birth to our beautiful baby and kidnapped him with no warrant, petition and no pickup order.”

.

Evaluation of Proposition #3 by Robert Baty

.

I doubt they “barged” in, it was not a kidnapping, and at that time, under those circumstances, as allowed by law, no warrant, petition, or pickup order was required.

.

Proposition #4 from C. Clarke Holm:

.

“They fabricated probable cause by false accusations of us being human traffickers and drug smugglers.”

.

Evaluation of Proposition #4 by Robert Baty:

.

Given the parents apparent refusal to clearly resolve the identity issues at that time, they have no platform upon which to stand and complain about the results of the efforts made to independently and tentatively identify them.  More importantly, the “probable cause” for the State of Alabama to take custody of the baby was built on other much more compelling evidence.

.

Proposition #5 from C. Clarke Holm:

.

“This is absolute proof of human trafficking under color of law.”

.

Evaluation of Proposition #5 by Robert Baty:

.

NOPE!

Not even close!

.

When two transients, on foot, decide to seclude themselves in a wilderness area of a state park, not designated for camping and without paying entrance and/or camping fees, intent on having an unassisted birth in a small tent and without sufficient means to provide for the child subsequent to any such successful birth, and then fail in their efforts and have to declare an emergency in order that they might be transported to a hospital where the birth was affected, the State might reasonably, legitimately, and legally conclude that the child should be removed from the parents’ custody pending further proceedings appropriate to resolving the custody issue and protecting the child’s best interests.

.

Since that time, C. Clarke Holm and Danielle Holm have constantly and consistently pursued a course known to insure that the child would not be returned to them; as if they were determined that the child would remain in State custody and ultimately be adopted.

In any situation that has become hostile how does one know who is right and who is wrong? Well to understand this is to understand one’s ego. When one functions from ego alone without guidance from one’s spirit they react from the basic instincts mind of preset patterns of habitual actions. These habitual actions then become subliminal patterns of selfishness for survival. When one is connected and or awakened to spirit they become what’s called spirit over the ego and in complete control of one’s ego and not selfish. So the root of any problem can be found at the act of selfishness. In our situation the root of the problem are many events of selfishness by many egotistical beings. The one major event is when the initial intake social worker came into our hospital room uninvited asking us many questions. Then at the moment I asked her, “what is the closest we can live to nature for our religious beliefs without being harassed by the state”? She then answered, “I have never been asked that before and I must go call my supervisor”. Well 30 minutes later she returned with armed men and woman and barged into our hospital room a day after giving birth to our beautiful baby and kidnapped him with no warrant, petition and no pickup order. They fabricated probable cause by false accusations of us being human traffickers and drug smugglers. How ironic is that? They held me hostage in another room and assaulted my wife and newborn as he was feeding. You see, at the moment I asked my question she began to question her denial system within the ego. She was there on a mission to take our baby and compliance was not an option. She had been given the order by her supervisor to steal the target and get out. Now they try and force their commerce way on us by using coercion, conversion and extortion tactics. This is absolute proof of human trafficking under color of law. They know not what they do, for they know not their own spirit and our the Creator of us all. ~Christian Holm
