The 7th Circuit Court of Appeals rendered its decision in the case, for a second time, on March 15, 2019; reversing, for the second time, Judge Crabb’s decision that IRC 107 was UNconstitutional.
Maybe this time, Annie Gaylor, of the FFRF, will ask the U.S. Supreme Court for a review.
Maybe not.

It is too early to tell whether or not Annie (the FFRF) will ask for an “en banc” review of the case or appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
